SHIPPING POLICY

Lead Times 

Standard lead time on all orders is between 0 - 7 working days (UK mainland - England, Scotland & Wales; stock dependent).

Arranging Your Delivery After Placing Your Order

For large orders, once your order is placed our delivery team will call you to arrange the next available delivery slot in your area as per the lead times above.

 

Important Delivery Terms

Large deliveries are to the property kerbside only and will be unloaded by hand (hand-balled) off the lorry side. A person must be present to help unload the goods and sign for receipt. The delivery drivers are not insured to help unload the goods beyond the property kerbside.

If our delivery team has confirmed a large delivery with a customer on a specific date, and on the specified delivery date there was no person available to take delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged (if applicable the first delivery fee is non-refundable). If for any reason you are not satisfied with the condition of the goods when delivered, you must indicate this on the delivery form signed upon receipt of the goods. Please also take pictures as evidence of the issue and inform the Composite Decking Online immediately by emailing sales@compositedeckingonline.com. Our team will then rectify the issue for you as quickly as is reasonably possible. 

Q. Can I Pick Up My Order In Person?

A. No. We do not have our own warehouse facility.

Q. Can You Do Next Day Delivery?

A. No. Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service at present.

 

Q. What Can I Do If I Want To Return Items?

A. Items can be returned so long as they are in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you. We can arrange the collection of items for you but this may incur a surcharge which can be taken off an eligible refund amount. For large collections (that cannot be sent via a standard courier service) there will be a £200 collection surcharge. Q. Do You Deliver Internationally?

A. No. Unfortunately we are not able to offer this service at present.
